- Leading and developing our field team with a strong focus on sales-driven execution and measurable impact
- Analyzing store-level sell-out data, stock levels and KPIs to derive clear action plans
- Ensuring visit planning and target allocation are fully aligned with commercial objectives of the brand and Nonplusultra
- Driving Retail Growth Management (RGM) initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and sell-out performance
- Managing selected brands and retailers independently on a sales and marketing level
- Negotiating placements, marketing activations and growth initiatives with retail partners
- Managing external agencies or sub-agencies in a partnership-oriented and performance-driven way
- Ensuring structured and transparent reporting on performance, opportunities and risks

Strong background in Consumer Electronics with hands-on retail and field management experience
Proven track record working with FNAC or Boulanger, ideally with an existing network of store managers
Experience in leading and developing remote teams in a supportive, structured and growth-oriented way
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into concrete commercial decisions
Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Confident communication and negotiation skills in complex stakeholder environments
Fluent English skills in both written and spoken communication
Willingness to travel within South (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal) and to our HQ in Germany as part of a field-based leadership role
